We ship packages out everyday via Fed Ex, UPS, US Postal Service. The packages are insured against damage and/or loss. The cost of each shipment depends on the following factors: weight of packages, destination zip code, and the method of delivery.

Order processing time includes payment verification, time to process your invoice and pack your order. All products sold on our site is in stock, so your order should normally leave our warehouse the same day the order was placed. Cutoff time for all transactions: 12:00 pm PST. If you chose Next Day Air as your shipping option, it does not necessarily mean that you will receive your package the following day. Please refer to the chart above for more information.

Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns of unused, unopened items for full refund or exchange of the purchase price of the merchandise less shipping fee within 14 days of your order receipt. Item(s) must be in resalable condition and have its original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee for items returned opened, and or used. Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless we made an error. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days, sorry no exceptions. Back Order Policy

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain adequate inventory of each product, occasionally we may run out of a certain item. In this event, we will give you the date our supplier expects the item to reach us. We will then offer you the following choices: canceling the out-of-stock item from your order, or holding up your order until we receive the item in question.
